A Philippine Airforce C-130 cargo plane had crashed into the sea while on its way to Iloilo City to pick more passengers, killing nine persons. Reports said the aircraft’s wings was on fire when it plumeted into the coast of Barangay Bucana and even exploded underwater. The plane is one of two operational C-130 aircrafts. I filed this undated photo of a PAF C-130 aircraft just like the one that crashed which landed in the front page of The Philippine Star. This was taken in Jolo, Sulu just as it was landing in the narrow, short one-way runway of the airport.
